The Official Quit Smoking Today Website
Okay you’ve tried to give up smoking many times, there are many programs out there all telling you how easy it is to simply quit.
If you are like most, you’ve tried to give up “cold turkey”, you may have tried the patches or gum, and possibly you succeeded only to find that you packed on the pounds. Is it really worth all the effort to stop?
First, can I ease your mind a bit…
I am a Chiropractor, which has nothing to do with giving up smoking, but over the years I’ve had hundreds of clients ask me if I know the best way to stop. Until recently I would say no …
But being who I am, I decided to research all the methods, talk to those who have quit using various methods and write this blog to help my clients (and you) make an informed decision. After all this is your health and longevity we are trying to help here.
From all my research there was one method that stood out. Why?
38 Minutes & 13 Seconds To Quit Smoking
This is a huge claim and one that has most people laugh at, how can it only take 38 minutes and 13 seconds to stop smoking? To say I was skeptical is an understatement…
But 37 clients had tried it, and all said that they had found it easy to stop. All they did was download the MP3 recording, strap on their headphones and listen to the tape. Yes the recording is 38 minutes and 13 seconds long.
The amazing part was not the time to listen, but over half said that they only listened to the recording once, stopped smoking and are still smoke free now. The remainder kept listening to the MP3 as instructed.
So far (and remember this is of August 2010) all 37 are still smoke free, and it has now been over 11 months since I started looking into the stopping smoking programs.
Now this is only a small group of people, so there will be some that may not benefit. But according to the results, they:
- tested the recording on over 5,000 smokers.
- a success rate of 99.7% of the smokers managed to Quit Smoking for at least 1 month, with just listening to the recording once!
- 97.2% of the original 5000 have not smoked for over 6 months, since the test started.
What is the Quit Smoking Today Program?
You may or may not have heard of NLP, which stands for Neuro-Linguistic-Programming. This is a method used extensively around the world by many psychologists, psychotherapists and even hypnotherapists.
It basically reprograms your mind to literally stop smoking.
The beauty of this method is that you do not replace your cigarettes with food, in fact the same recording will stop the cravings for the cigarettes, eliminate the short tempers people say they have while giving up, you feel that excessive hunger that people dread (as the pounds go on), and the depression or mood swings never occur.
This program is very simple, the recording is done professionally and all you need to do is listen. It is that simple … but it works and works incredibly well.
The Final Review
From having hundreds and hundreds of clients over the years trying to give up smoking, I have heard it all.
They have tried reading books, going to classes, hypnotherapy, cognitive behavior and so much more. Most clients have returned months down the track to say they started again, why?
Some stressful event, they were tired, the cravings returned when they had just one puff.
But the only clients who remain smoke free are those who use the Quit Smoking Today program. This is the only program I recommend to the many clients who still smoke.
You owe it yourself, your family and your children to give up smoking. The benefits are huge, the money you save will pay for a trip overseas, so why smoke any longer when you can literally stop in just 38 minutes and 1 seconds.
